Author Guidelines

The 1st International Subtain University Medical Education Conference (ISUMEC 2025) invites researchers, educators, and policymakers to submit abstracts for presentation at the conference, scheduled for 25-27 October 2025. Below are the key guidelines and requirements.

Submission Fees

  • The Registration fee is $50 USD ( 75,000 IQD).
  • The Registration fee is to be paid in person upon attending the conference.

Submission Types

  • Oral Presentations: 10-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A
  • Poster Presentations: Displayed in poster sessions
  • Workshops: 3-Hours and 30-minutes interactive sessions (requires proposal)

Formatting Requirements

  • Language: English
  • Font: 12pt Times New Roman, single-spaced
  • File Format: .doc or .docx
  • No references in the abstract
  • Originality: Must not be previously published or presented

Submission Process

  1. You must Register an account before submitting an abstract.
  2. Login to your account to submit abstracts and manage your submissions.
  3. Each abstract must be submitted separately (multiple submissions are allowed).
  4. A confirmation email with a Submission ID will be sent after each successful submission.
  5. ⚠️ Note: Abstract submission does not replace conference registration. You must also complete the registration process to participate in the event.

Review & Notification

All submissions are peer-reviewed by the ISUMEC 2025 Scientific Committee based on relevance, clarity, originality, and merit. Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by 15 September 2025.

Publication Opportunity
